1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting TOP LIFE RP ("the Bot") to your Discord server or utilizing its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Bot.

2. Usage Guidelines

You agree to use the Bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the Bot to distribute malicious content, spam, or unlawful material.
  • Attempting to exploit, reverse engineer, or negatively impact the Bot's infrastructure.
  • Using the Bot for any automated abuse or unauthorized data scraping.

3. Bot Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

TOP LIFE RP and its developers shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or server disruption resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot. Use the Bot at your own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in our support server. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

We believe in data minimization. TOP LIFE RP only collects the necessary information required for its core functionality:

  • Server Data: Server IDs, role IDs, and channel IDs for configuration purposes.
  • User Data: Discord User IDs to track command usage, cooldowns, and personalized settings.
  • Message Data: Message content is only processed temporarily for commands and filtering, and is NOT stored permanently unless explicitly logged by server administrators using specific modules.

2. How We Use Data

Collected data is strictly used to:

  • Provide and maintain the Bot's features.
  • Improve performance and troubleshoot errors.
  • Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell, rent, or distribute your data to third parties. Data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption protocols. Only authorized developers have access to infrastructure data for maintenance purposes.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Server configuration data is retained as long as the Bot remains in your server. If the Bot is removed, all associated server data is automatically queued for deletion within 30 days. You can request immediate data deletion by contacting us in our support server.
